Hino Midrand, one of six Hino dealerships in the Bidvest McCarthy Group, has won the Hino Dealer of the Year (DOTY) award for the second successive year. It was one of only three Hino dealerships in South Africa to sell more than 200 trucks in 2016, which was an exceptional achievement in difficult economic conditions.
The average Customer Experience score for the year was consistently above 93% with a Service CE score of 98%. Hino Midrand received certificates for excellence in sales, service, and parts, showing that it is a very well-balanced dealership in all disciplines.
“This dealer is a true reflection of commitment to every aspect of Hino Total Support and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction,” said Ernie Trautmann, the Vice President of Hino SA, at the recent awards evening in Cape Town.
