PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA – DTSA observed the recent media reports regarding the potential merger between Daimler Truck and Toyota and would like to emphasize that some information presented needs to be clarified. As previously disclosed in our announcement dated May 30, 2023, titled “Daimler Truck, Mitsubishi Fuso, Hino and Toyota Motor Corporation conclude an MoU on accelerating development of Advanced Technologies and merging Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino Motors,” the possibility of a business integration is being explored.
