Mercedes-Benz South Africa, in partnership with Springs Car Wholesale (SCW) Mobility Group, announces the acquisition of Shiraz Auto’s Dealership, marking a significant expansion in the Johannesburg South region. Effective 2 May 2024, the Dealership will be rebranded as Mercedes-Benz Johannesburg South, reinforcing the company’s commitment to optimising its network footprint to better serve evolving customer needs in the areas of Soweto, Lenasia and the greater Johannesburg South.

The acquisition by the SCW Mobility Group and establishment of Mercedes-Benz Johannesburg South underscores the former’s strategic commitment to delivering exceptional service and expertise to its clientele and simultaneously solidify its position as a leader in luxury automotive solutions in Gauteng. SCW Mobility Group already has a reputation for excellence in the automotive sector, with a solid track record its existing luxury dealership, Mercedes-Benz Malmesbury, Western Cape.  This strategic move solidifies the group’s position as a premier provider of luxury automotive solutions in Gauteng.
