Our partnership with Supreme Girls Leadership Academy reflects this commitment by equipping young women with practical entrepreneurial skills, mentorship and pathways toward economic independence.

Supreme Girls Leadership Academy develops young female leaders and entrepreneurs across South Africa. Its blended programme combines leadership, entrepreneurship, agri-processing and digital enterprise skills, giving participants practical training they can apply to grow income-generating ventures.

Participants will also receive post-training support

Through the partnership, young women aged 18 to 24 from townships, villages and marginalised towns across eight provinces will receive hands-on enterprise training, online business incubation and mentorship. The programme will develop skills in mushroom cultivation and processing, natural beverage production, digital marketing, branding and packaging.

Participants will also receive post-training support through the SIWE Incubation Programme, which includes coaching, mentorship, business management support, enterprise setup guidance, access to business tools, and support with compliance, financial literacy, branding and market access.
