Tata Motors presents the Tata Curvv, a revolutionary SUV-coupé that combines luxury, performance, and advanced technology like never before.

It comes equipped with a 10.25-inch Harman touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and wireless smartphone charging. For added sophistication, the Curvv includes a powered tailgate, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof with mood lighting, and personal-themed interiors.

With a retail price starting at R349,900, the Tata Curvv enters the market as the only futuristic SUV coupé within the C SUV segment, offering a competitive price point against imported premium brands. Striking styling

The Tata Curvv is shaped to stun with a showstopping, chiselled, aerodynamic silhouette, designed to signify its dynamic performance and enforce a stunning presence on the road.

Upfront a symmetrical grille and large light housings on either side creates an aggressive demeanour, while slim headlights, a horizontal lighting line and subtle touches of chrome add an air of sophistication. Sequential LED DRLs with welcome animation ensure that you start and end every journey on a bright note. Bi function LED headlamps offer dynamic and beaming clarity for your road ahead.

The sleek profile is accentuated by flush door handles that personify the Curvv’s design elegance, a piano black lower garnish and alloy wheels with aerodynamic inserts that elevate its stance. A dual tone roof offers one magnificent look, shaped for your aesthetic.

The Curvv measures 4308mm in length, is 1810mm wide, 1635mm tall and boasts an impressive ground clearance of 208mm.

Merging style and technology

The beautifully designed interior is dominated by a themed dashboard and is comprehensively equipped with features such as a seven or 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, mood lighting and a four-spoke steering wheel with illuminated logo and paddle shifters. The top of the range derivative features a voice assisted panoramic sunroof complete with mood lighting.

A JBL sound system with nine-speakers including a subwoofer makes every drive a private concert. This is paired with JBL sound modes that offer eight modes for each of your favourite genres.

Persona themed interiors ensure that the interior appeals to each side of you. The Grand centre console with leatherette armrest adds a level of functionality to the cabin. A turbocharged engine

The Curvv is powered by a 1.2-litre Revotron engine, that benefits from turbocharging to boast 88kW at 5500rpm and 170Nm from 1750rpm paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or seven-speed DCA that transfers power to the front wheels.

The seven-speed DCA transmission offers superior driving dynamics and control, thanks to a wet clutch with active cooling technology, shift by wire technology and machine learning. The driver retains a high-degree of control thanks to paddle shifters, a smart e-shifter and three driving modes that allow for a bespoke driving experience.

Three derivatives on offer

The Tata Curvv will be available in three well equipped derivatives. The Pure + MT is equipped with features such as a six-speed manual transmission, electrical tailgate, follow me home headlamps, rear parking sensors, reverse camera, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, voice assist, a 4-inch digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps and tail lamps and 16-inch wheels.

The Tata Curvv Creative adds to this offering with the addition of a seven-speed DCA transmission, fully automatic temperature control, a cooled glovebox, push button start with smart key, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch Touchscreen Infotainment system by Harman and 17-inch alloy wheels.

The range topping Tata Curvv 1.2T Accomplished S adds Hill Descent Control, a six-way powered driver seat, front parking sensors, a 360-degree HD Camera, a subwoofer, mood lighting, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, leatherette seats, a voice assisted panoramic sunroof with mood lighting, connected LED tail lamps with direction indicators and 18-inch alloy wheels to the standard fare.
